    This form is for documentation of service hours in grades 9 or 10. Physical copies can be found and submitted in the IB Den, room B314.

Pre-IB Community Service Reflection

  • Pre-IB Community Service Reflection

    This form is to be done at the end of the year and turned in by April 30. This is the reflection form, used as the final step of the community service component for grades 9 and 10. This should be done once a year.

  • Weddington Hills and Winkler Service Request

    If you would like to do a service project at Weddington Hills or Winkler, please complete the form linked above. An IB Coordinator will be in touch with you via email within a week's time. *Please do not complete a request unless you have your own transportation.
